It's hard for me to look at Jaws, the film, and then even THINK of scuba diving or surfing. I spent some years in the Monterey, Calif. area, and sharks didn't deter surfers at all, and sharks were around there. A lot. most of us are way too cowardly to go near the ocean and see real sharks, so we just watch sharks in movies, scare ouselves silly, and then run around the toilet screaming. any amount of water will do for that, really. What is this?<br />Why, it's Kilroy as you've never seen him before!<br /><br />The concept of "Kilroy" has been been around since before ww2, and when people stationed with armed forces all around the world began adding to this running joke, it took off again.<br /><br />what we now think of as kilroy, has been around with many different names and faces. in England, he was a fellow called "Foo"... as in, "foo was here". kilroy can even be found on the moon, if you believe bugs bunny. [and I do.]<br /><br />The little fellow has been drawn over and over again, so everyone has their own style of Kilroy, and the drawings are all a little different somehow.<br />What This is, then, is an entire set of kilroys all my own.
